Does #kimchi go off I wonder? Found this at the back of my fridge. It's
still in date but I'm pretty sure I opened it months ago. Anyway, it still tastes incredible. This is so far the only brand of vegan kimchi that tastes indiscernable from non-vegan kimchi. Full of umami and just the right amount of spicy kick. Had it on avo toast for dinner 🤌 mwah

I haven’t tried much vegan kimchi but I am very impressed by the kimchi from
this brand! The smell can be a bit overwhelming but the kimchi itself is beautifully tangy and spicy I love it! It works very well in my bibimbap (as pictured) and as the main star of a kimchi fried rice. I only wish it was a little cheaper!!

Picked this up at Coles for $8. It is expensive for the small amount you
get in comparison to paying about $15 for 1kg at a local Asian/Korean supermarket. Not super spicy or tangy, it’s just right! Still great for snacking though or for stews/stir fries.
