I haven’t tried much vegan kimchi but I am very impressed by the kimchi from this brand! The smell can be a bit overwhelming but the kimchi itself is beautifully tangy and spicy I love it! It works very well in my bibimbap (as pictured) and as the main star of a kimchi fried rice. I only wish it was a little cheaper!!
