It’s my birthday!! 🥰 This cake was surprisingly good, especially considering its from the grocery

shelf. Fluffy cake, generous frosting, and cute sprinkles! Maybe a smidge dry but my non-vegan (and very skeptical) friends all devoured it. Nut-free as well! #cake

I enjoyed this so much more than the chocolate cake they do! This is light

and fluffy and deliciously sweet without being toooooo sweet/sickly. Great for a little birthday cake 🌸

I kind of wanted to dislike this, as the first bite I had was of

the icing, which was way too sweet, and the second was of the sponge, which was a bit dry, but together they work quite well. Overall it’s still quite sweet, and I felt like more than a square would make me feel sick, so on the plus side it makes a good sharing cake. Marked vegan. #veganisnotscary

First time purchasing this cake from Tesco. £4 but well worth the money and quite

a big portion. The sponge is lovely and moist, and the vanilla flavouring really makes the cake. Will be buying again!
