The perfect pasta topping!! Violife makes some amazing dairy free options like this Parmesan cheese black that I used to top spaghetti! Grated fresh, always taste better doesn’t it? Smooth and creamy with a burst of cheesiness!! a bit high in saturated, fat and sodium per serving for my liking, but definitely worth trying as I would only use not more than 1 ounce on my pasta! I love that it has the added B12 to it to give it some more nutritional value. This is amazing! It really does taste like Parmesan , at least how I remember it. It is perfect on many pastas, salads and vegan pizzas. It can be expensive, but well worth it.
One of the better vegan cheeses available here in the US. When I bit into it (kinda gross, I know) it tasted a lot like a real parmesan wedge. But then I grated it to use as a pasta topping, and it seemed less firm and less flavorful than dairy parmesan, but still tasty. Would repuchase. Cost about $5-6 at Whole foods.
