The perfect pasta topping!! Violife makes some amazing dairy free options like this Parmesan cheese black that I used to top spaghetti! Grated fresh, always taste better doesn’t it? Smooth and creamy with a burst of cheesiness!! a bit high in saturated, fat and sodium per serving for my liking, but definitely worth trying as I would only use not more than 1 ounce on my pasta! I love that it has the added B12 to it to give it some more nutritional value.
It can get pricey, so I do try to wait for the sales to purchase, and then it usually lasts me a while.
