#formaggiovegan #jayandjoy

I think March needs a hashtag as well: I’m introducing #marchmadness Joséphine - the alternative

to Brie 🧀 by Jay & Joy melts on the tongue with its delicately creamy texture. The soft cheese alternative is mildly spicy and, together with some fig jam, is a highlight on a fresh slice of bread. Available online and in selected stores 🏬
Ingredients:
Fresh almond milk (whole organic almonds 10%, water), organic cashew nuts, salt, ferments and bacteria

Brie-like vegan cheese with a cashew base. It's a bit on the salty side but

I very much like and would certainly recommend it. It's not that expensive for artisanal cheese. This package was for 6,50€, I believe. #veganisnotscary

#veganisnotscary

The letter tastes good, but not as good as Dr Mannah's Camembert. The rind has

a somewhat peculiar taste. Inside, the cheese is firm. It tastes distinctly of cashew.
