Very flavorful broth. Used it to make noodles soup. I added carrot, noodles and mock meat. The soup could have used more ingredients, but it was still good. #broth #asianfood #itsu #jumbo
Luckily I had this in the fridge when I realised that the laksa broth I was making from scratch would take 50 minutes 😂 so we had this instead with rice noodles/tofu. Very tasty, tasted quite salty. I’ve made a similar tasting broth at home using the recipe from Thug Kitchen, which was pretty easy and cheaper in the long run to make at home instead, but would buy this again for convenience. Marked vegan.
This is healthier than the Samurai Ramen packs that I love. The taste was not nearly as good though despite adding garlic, onion, sesame oil etc. Not sure I will get again. Yuka: 🟢 Good 57/100
