Just like the sausages I remember long ago when I wasn’t vegan yet. I’ve been adding this to my breakfast burritos, as shown in this photo before I folded it up. Big on flavor and so savory.  Impossible typically isn’t my choice of alternative meats (because I don’t crave meaty tastes), but I’ve been choosing more of it lately because I’ve been having a hard time absorbing iron. Impossible has plant-based heme, making it possibly more easy to absorb its iron. Besides the iron, there’s an impressive number of other nutrients.
