This bowl was surprisingly flavorful! I loved it and will definitely purchase again. I added

some vegan sour cream, guacamole, and salsa.

Hubby and I loved everything about this Burrito Bowl with Impossible Beef!! Beans, plant based

beef, rice 🍚 , corn 🌽 in salsa verde with tortilla strips!! Yum yum 😋!! The tortilla strips did get soft after heating but it gave the bowl an extra bit of texture and flavor that went well with all the other ingredients! Another amazing bowl by Impossible Foods! Perfect quick #lazyvegan meal! Will most definitely get this one again!
