Great for analogue meats. I combine this with soy sauce, liquid smoke, plant-based Caesar, and sliced portobello mushrooms to make a vegan portabello caesar salad.

Economical source of lipase. Seems to give a little energy boost. Not sure if placebo effect or not.
Fresh, these were crispy, sweet and savory. Don't be afraid to ask them to make you some fresh if they look or taste dry, it takes 10 minutes.

Had the vegan shrimp, best vegan seafood I've ever had.
Order was ready fast and it was hot. The sauce was like Japanese yum-yum sauce with horseradish like in cocktail sauce.
