This is the last cheese 🧀 from my "I Am Nut OK" May Bundle and it's one of my faves! I'm not usually a fan of charcoal containing products but this doesn't seem to just be for a gimmick and it adds to the product. (I'm anti-charcoal as it can stop some medications working and most of the time it just seems a bit faddy) Smokey, tangy and creamy. Great on a cracker or stirred into pasta.

I don’t associate this with dairy cheese, it has a very distinct cashew flavour with a good tang. It’s smooth and creamy, quite sharp, but that suits as a contrast to the earthy cashew flavour. It tastes very nice spread on a good piece of bread. I actually had it for breakfast this week garnished with some juicy cherry tomatoes. This may be my fave cheese! Lovely and smokey but not too much. Smooth and creamy. A bit pricey as artisan cheeses can be but lovely for a treat.
