Nouveauté au rayon surgelés avec ces simili poissons panés de la marque espagnole Heura. Assez
bluffant, tant au niveau du goût que de la texture !
Le seul "petit" point négatif est la quantité : les bâtonnets sont plus petits que les poissons panés conventionnels, résultat le carton est quand même à moitié vide... il y a 7 petits bâtonnets en tout dans le carton, ça va pour pile poil 2 personnes mais pas plus pour un repas consistant.

We bought these frozen “fish” sticks while travelling in Portugal and then cooked them up
in our air fryer at home in Canada. They smelled incredibly fishy while cooking but the taste was much more mild, which I didn’t mind, as they were still flavourful in other ways. If I had regular access to these, I would absolutely buy them more often. I appreciated that they had omega 3 fatty acids and a nutri-score of A.

These were amazing! They smelled exactly like fish sticks when we opened the box, and
they tasted a lot like fish sticks too, though not to the same extent as the smell. They had a nice texture on the inside and a nice crunch on the outside. They also were super easy to make, just air fried for 7 minutes from frozen. Finally, they were in a cardboard box with no plastic! Love that. 10/10 would recommend, Heura never disappoints.
