Western-style #mayo > Japanese-style Mayo. 😚

I have had Japanese mayo from Don Don Donki for

a while now since it’s the only vegan-friendly (and wallet-friendly) mayo that I could find in Singapore, but to me, Japanese mayo lacks the taste I’m so used to with western-style #mayonnaise. The moment I tasted #hellmanns vegan mayo, THAT’S IT! No more Japanese-style mayonnaise; I’m sticking with this one.

It’s silky smooth and goes well with fritters and sandwiches. Not too heavy/greasy.

I can’t wait to try it on some recipes 😍

Day 400 of not eating meat. Honestly haven’t missed it, even bacon, once. Today I

tried this isn’t bacon for the first time…with some Hellman’s vegan Mayo, black ground pepper and a focaccia. Oh my word. The Mayo was perfect with it.

Okay, so up to a few months ago, we were team Follow Your Heart Vegenaise.

That stuff is awesome. Then, Follow Your Heart pulled out of the UK market and we were left seeking out an UK alternative. This just isn’t as good 😭 It’s more vinegary, softer. My perfect burger used to be ketchup, mustard and onion on top of the patty, then Vegenaise on the bottom bun. This just doesn’t taste anywhere near as good. Am gutted. It’s better than nothing, but I heard the original recipe used to be better so it’s quite disappointing that it’s no way a contender. Marked vegan.

Go-to vegan mayo. Tiene buen sabor, bastante similar a la mayonesa real. Hace muy buen

mayoketchup ;) Relativamente buen precio en comparación con otras mayonesas veganas que he probado. La botella es conveniente pero es difícil sacarle el 100% del contenido.
