Yummy! I didn't know what to expect, because I never had weisswurst before, so I don't know if it is anything like the "real deal", but I can say it tastes good. I was a little skeptical, because you have to boil the sausages instead of frying them. It is good though. I ate them on bread with some curry sauce.

L’ho comprato a Monaco di Baviera, in cui qualsiasi supermercato ha una proposta vegana più grande di qualunque posto io abbia visto in Italia. Il gusto del Weißwurst è molto simile all’originale, l’ho apprezzato molto. Vale la pena assaggiarlo se si vogliono scoprire i sapori della traduzione tedesca senza mangiare animali.

weißwurst vegano🤍✨ovvero quello che in Italia chiameremmo würstel bianco (??) credo presi alla Lidl in offerta per la settimana vegana, non ricordo il prezzo, ma sicuramente non più di 2,50€. La confezione è da 200 grammi e contiene 4 wurst. sono piccini ma cicciotti! Io li ho cotti in friggitrice ad aria e sono risultati perfetti. anche a livello di gusto mi sono piaciuti e mi hanno ricordato quelli animali (per quello che potevo ricordarmi). unica nota a sfavore: contengono tantissimo sale!
