Yummy! I didn't know what to expect, because I never had weisswurst before, so I don't know if it is anything like the "real deal", but I can say it tastes good. I was a little skeptical, because you have to boil the sausages instead of frying them. It is good though. I ate them on bread with some curry sauce.
