Rice sticks

I bought these #ricenoodles out of desperation, as they are so difficult to find on our island. They worked nicely following the instructions on the package, staying firm and not breaking. Made of only three ingredients: 80% #riceflour, #tapiocastarch and water. Tagliatelle di riso buone, hanno una consistenza non collosa e si sposano bene con piatti ricchi di salse. Molto comoda la cottura a fuoco spento che viene suggerita sulla confezione.

Noodles di riso preparati saltati con verdure e salsa di soia, buonissimi e tengono bene la cottura.

De verdad, que nunca había probado los fideos de arroz tipo tallarín, solo los delgaditos y no me gustaban. Pero estos estàn tremendos. Los compré un par de veces en Mercadona pero ya no los traen, así que los encontré en Carrefour.
