When shopping for charcuterie board items I saw this new flavor of deli slice from

Field Roast. I don't know if it's actually new, but I've never seen it before. It has a deeper, more savory flavor than the Smoked Tomato slices, although I think I like the Smoked Tomato better. These were still good with a more complex flavor. It paired well with Treeline Cheese Creamy Scallion on a baguette or sandwich. It also went well with Cheeze & Thank You black garlic and truffle cheese. #veganmeat #deli #mushroom #mushroomlover #balsamicvinegar #charcuterie #sandwich

I found this Mushroom & Balsamic slices in a store and we had to try

it. We made this for our Christmas dinner, It was really good but a little salty.
I think is a good option for a sandwich or as appetizer.

Very similar to their wild mushroom seitan, maybe this had more balsamic vinegar . Savory

These #mushroom-y cold cuts are delicious! Their salty, smoky, and umami-packed flavor is a nice

accompaniment to crackers and dip — perhaps a fig or caramelized onion jam for that mouthwatering sweet and savory combo? They’re also great in sandwiches; the #mockmeat texture reminds me of lunch meat, but not so much that it’s gross.

Though they’re a bit high in sodium, the protein content is also mind-boggling! Can you believe there’s 17g in just three thin little leaflets? The next time someone asks #wheredoyougetyourprotein, you can point them toward Field Roast and let them know that it’s really quite easy when you #hailseitan. Though I’m not sure whether the advertised balsamic really came through for me, I quite enjoyed the taste of these slices. It doesn’t hurt that they were a total #groceryoutletfinds steal — just $1.29 since they (allegedly) expire today! Though it’s hard to beat that price, I’d probably buy them again if I wanted to assemble a fancy vegan charcuterie board or something of that nature.
