These are flavourful plant-based sausages. They don't require a lot of toppings because of this.

They are good without a bun and accompanied with veggies, or chopped into a pasta dish. I would still have them in a bun too depending on my mood. 😎

This sausage substitute was a nice change from beyond brand I usually get for pasta

dishes. Fennel is probably not for everyone but I love it! #veganisnotscary

I love Field Roast Italian Garlic Fennel Sausage. Tonight I used it in my homemade

tomato sauce over pasta. I’ve not had meat in 8 years, and with my New York Italian upbringing sometimes I want to enjoy the types of foods I grew up with, sans the cruelty. It’s well-balanced in its spices, & the texture is that of meat. The only way to know that it’s the vegan variety is that lacks the casing. But getting past that is not a problem, a minor consideration, considering how delicious it is.

Meh! They did look good, but i won't be buying them again , my favorite

hot dogs yet are the field roast Frankfurters.
