Can’t stop eating this. It’s delicious cut right off the block or melted over a

paper thin, used it with mozzarella shreds in a grilled cheese.

I keep buying vegan cheeses
in hopes that one of them will be good (and while this one does melt nicely its taste is lacking), they all leave me disappointed.

This is a nice, creamy, smooth, cheesy block. It's a bit like daiya's block, but
better I think. It's good but I like violife better.
