Another great product by Field Roast but be careful cooking these or you can burn
them. Cook them in low heat and they don’t take but a few minutes to make. The spicy Buffalo sauce has a nice kick too! #veganuary

Delicious plant based Buffalo wings. These were my Super Bowl meal and loved them. I
paired them with french fries!

You look at that huge bag and the juicy pictures it carries, and you think
of a vegan version - equal in taste, size, and goodness - of #chickenwings. Then you crack the thing open, and you see that each "wing" is about the size of your thumb 🙄😔 The bag has 12 of these pieces, and costs a fair chunk of change.
The flavour was okay. In fact quite pleasant, seasoned as it was with onion, garlic, and sage. Only thing is that it was more reminiscent of a #fakemeat chunk than a wing. I also always thought part of the fun of eating chicken wings was having to work harder for your morsels on account of the bones 😅 I do miss that.
Funnily enough, they do provide a huge amount of #buffalosauce. What you see is roughly a third of the packet. Who wants that much of it anyway when the wings are so miniscule 🙄
The biggest draw is probably how easy they are to prep. Literally throw them into the oven and they are done - #lazyvegan #frozenfood at its finest 😊🤗

These #fingerfood wings were supposed to have been consumed during the Super Bowl, but I
filled up on chips and guacamole and completely forgot about them. To be honest, I’m not actually sure why I bought them in the first place, since I’m not a huge fan of #buffalowings. The sauce made my eyes water; it was especially vinegary (but also hardly spicy?) The breading did crisp up nicely in the oven, but I didn’t love the texture underneath, and everything seemed excessively salty. Being that each package is essentially two sausages, sliced and battered, it’s not the best value, either. I like Field Roast, but I’ll be sticking with their classic, un-winged sausages going forward.

Well these were delicious! Not too spicy, seasoning was really good, could taste the hint
of sage. The sauce smelled spicier than it was. I will definitely be buying these again. Went great with some plant powered ranch and dill pickle potato chips. And they cook in less than 10 minutes on the stove.
