What a delicious dairy free mozzarella, the best there is in South Africa There is coconut oil in this which I don’t usually like at all, but could hardly taste it. It melted well. Definitely my favourite plant based brand of cheese 👏👏👏

Needs to get used to the taste, but not bad. Not really cheesy like in my opinion, but I didn't melt it. I only used it like cold slices on my bread. But was tasty

Great replica of mozzarella. It has a very soft texture and subtle taste. It does go mouldy fairly quickly once opened, so need to have dishes/meals planned to use it. Even though the instructions on the packaging say not to freeze it, I had to, so I didn't lose what I hadn't used. Not a cheap product to afford any wastage. 🧀🥜
