Great replica of mozzarella. It has a very soft texture and subtle taste. It does go mouldy fairly quickly once opened, so need to have dishes/meals planned to use it. Even though the instructions on the packaging say not to freeze it, I had to, so I didn't lose what I hadn't used. Not a cheap product to afford any wastage.

Hehe good call on going with your gut! Our Not'zarella still melts and tastes fine after freezing, it just gets a bit of a grainy texture and doesn't grate so well anymore. Thanks for the support and taking the time to write a review!
