In a (cashew) nutshell Fauxmage is a vegan creamery hand crafting "cheese" like no udder as well as dairy-free butter

Needs to get used to the taste, but not bad. Not really cheesy like in my opinion, but I didn't melt it. I only used it like cold slices on my bread. But was tasty
