This vegan mushroom jerky wasn’t too bad! It was chewy, maybe a little hard to chew? Maybe that’s how jerky is supposed to be? But, I didn’t end up eating it all. It was pushed to the back of the fridge before I could get to it in time. I’d buy it again as a snack to take while hiking, camping, road trip, or just something to snack on. This is my second bag of Eat the Change. I found the bits to be harder to chew with this batch. I still like this brand though. Mild ginger and teriyaki flavor with with some unexpected smoke taste. Pretty packaging and purchased on sale!
This jerky is sweet, not too chewy, and just right to eat. Great flavor, too! #mushroomlover
I’ll give it to the company for using mushrooms for jerky. It had a good consistency but the taste is ok. Would have liked a stronger teriyaki ginger flavor.
I don’t know if they qualify as jerky, they’re not that tough on the chewy side. #uplandspeak
