This vegan mushroom jerky wasn’t too bad! It was chewy, maybe a little hard to chew? Maybe that’s how jerky is supposed to be? But, I didn’t end up eating it all. It was pushed to the back of the fridge before I could get to it in time. I’d buy it again as a snack to take while hiking, camping, road trip, or just something to snack on. I love the concept of the brand especially!
