Pretty good as far as vegan jerky goes. The mushrooms give the chewiness one would expect. Very smoky flavor as advertised. I like that they use imperfect produce and smoke with hickory wood lumber remnants.
Had the healthiest jerky ingredients I've seen. A little heavy on the tomato paste but still very good
I'm sorry to say I didn't like this. It was all clumped together and very tough. The flavor wasn't for me either.
I was excited to try this product but I really didn’t like it :( I found it way too soft. I’ll try air frying it to see if that improves the texture, but as is, it’s not good.
