I usually put raw ginger from the produce section in my post workout smoothie but was excited to see this. They are delicious and do well in the blender!
My sister introduced me to frozen ginger and now I use it all the time. I still prefer fresh, but this is a close second and Im much less likely to waste any of it.
Particularly good for anti-inflammatory diets and the addition of all of Ginger’s healing properties. Commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine for all its benefits to digestion and energy, in a frozen state it’s healing properties are significantly less then with the use of fresh ginger, but it’s still a great little product to have on hand when there’s no ginger in the fridge.
I love This stuff for on the road. Doesn’t take up any room in my freezer. And perfect to add more flavor to any dish without having to grind up a full thing of ginger in van. Downfall, so much plastic.
