The green monster roll is tempura asparagus, sweet potato, avocado, and soy paper, and it is a delicious combination of textures and flavors. I also ordered an avocado roll. But I was too full, so that’ll be lunch today. Isn’t it fancy?
This melts nicely and has good flavor. I think it’s my favorite sliced cheese so far.
