Lovely smoothie for warm weather! Very light and hydrating when blended with coconut water. Very
clean and simple ingredients-you taste ‘fruit’ 🍉🥭🥝🍓🫐 not fillers, sugar or other nasties. Contains a nice dose of organic Hemp & Flax Seeds for a little protein & fiber. Portioned out and ready to go for a stumble into the kitchen straight from bed in a fog. The Daily Harvest delivery service gets big points for being super healthy and SUPER CONVENIENT but it is pricey! Having said that, it has resulted in me eating less but better so it is a win for me! It really has been great during lockdown to have a huge box of Clean-Vegan-Readymade-Frozen food delivered to my doorstep once a month. It would certainly be more cost effective to buy in bulk and portion out myself but...well, it’s been kinda nice not to have to with my work schedule! They do a pretty good job with packaging-mostly paper and/or compostable. This flavor is a keeper! #abillionturns3
