Plant-Based Chocalicious Crunchy Cookie

Ooh I really like these! They're still chewy and a little gooey with chocolate goodness

in the middle - although they look like they'd be crispy, crunchy cookies! I love that there's a vein of saltiness that comes through too, so it's not just overly sweet as a flavour profile.

Probably one of the yummiest vegan cookies out there. The boys agreed wholeheartedly

Colleague bought this from NZ and although I'm not much of a cookie monster I

found this quite agreeable! Semi-soft, lots of chocolatey abundance with a palpable dash of salt to balance it out. 🍪

Nice find.. would prefer it with a richer chocolate taste.
