I keep this on hand for my child with #type1diabetes. The cleaner ingredients are much easier on her. The frosting is fluffy, creamy, and quite good. Found this at Whole Foods and it’s labeled vegan. A little pricey but it’s nice to have on hand in the pantry for impromptu cupcakes! I always have loved funfetti so this was a fun treat. The sprinkles are a little too crunchy though. It’s made with coconut oil so after being in the fridge it’s very hard so I microwaved it for 45 seconds and it was easy to spread.
Not healthy, but hey it’s vegan! Very thick and sweet. My friends loved it
