Found this at Whole Foods and it’s labeled vegan. A little pricey but it’s nice to have on hand in the pantry for impromptu cupcakes! I always have loved funfetti so this was a fun treat. The sprinkles are a little too crunchy though. It’s made with coconut oil so after being in the fridge it’s very hard so I microwaved it for 45 seconds and it was easy to spread.

I just came across a promotional video on IG for this. Wow! Didn’t know this exists, but glad I know now. Going to check my WF to see if they carry it.
