I bought these hulled chickpeas to avoid the soaking time but, 90 minutes, as it is stated on the package, was no sufficient time to cook them. A good 2 hours are needed. Next time I will use the pressure cooker. Although they did not flake as I would have liked, they tasted good. I made a very good chickpea soup. #chickpeas #soup

Ceci secchi decorticati in sacchetto costano in po' d più rispetto a quelli con la buccia però risparmio tempo quando preparo l humus ottimo prodotto
Pensavo che decorticati cuocessero un pò prima invece ci vuole quasi lo stesso tempo, comunque ottimi😋
