I bought these hulled chickpeas to avoid the soaking time but, 90 minutes, as it is stated on the package, was no sufficient time to cook them. A good 2 hours are needed. Next time I will use the pressure cooker.
Although they did not flake as I would have liked, they tasted good. I made a very good chickpea soup.
