Another super yummy quiche from Clive's. This one has a subtle pesto flavour and nice
big florets of broccoli. Pastry is lovely and soft 🥦

I bought this for lunch and it was very satisfying with a garnish of cherry
tomatoes.

For me the slightly rough consistency worked well.
The pastry is light but held it’s shape from the oven to the plate.
The instructions are a little confusing. They suggest that the quiche is best eaten cold, but if you do heat it up, let it go cold. Well, I took a chance, heated up and it ate it warm and enjoyed it. I guess Clive’s are just trying to cover all bases.
I was pleased to see their bold statement on the side of the packet that they want to ‘make eating animals a thing of the past. #govegan

Like every other vegan quiche I've ever had this was more of a tart but
I'm not complaining because it was delicious! The pastry was good and didn't get soggy in the oven and the filling was really nice, I could use some more broccoli in it though 🥦

tried, and it’s not easy! Nice, but the broccoli has no bite. If it was cheaper we’d buy it again.
