This is a good one. Smooth, rich and thick with a potent spring onion taste. Ate it with crackers and it was really enjoyable though just got a bit much after a while, and the pungent aftertaste of allium does remain. That isn’t necessarily a complaint, just goes to show how strong it is so it’s good in measured doses. also, can’t tell that it’s plant-based from either the taste or texture.
