Corn relish

I entirely understand if this thing gets pilloried for being artificial or too heavy in

taste, but on this day I absolutely loved it ☺️ Consider this, I was making a taco, I don't like cheese or sour cream, and I only occasionally tolerate guacamole. I already had #corn in the taco shell and filling, so it was handy to have a corn-based #relish (even a flagrantly artificial one) that added the sour creaminess 😏

I also had it as a dip for my lentil crisps, see last picture. On its own it's a bit too in-your-face, I concede 😅

I really like this one. It has a hint of capsicum taste. It’s really light

flavoured.

Finally a dip that's not hummus! I mean, don't get me wrong, hummus is a

part of my heritage but it's nice to be able to stop at the supermarket and pick up some dip that doesn't cost and arm and a leg.

Overall pretty enjoyable, but I wish it were a bit chunkier with bits of corn

personally. The main ingredient is vegetable oil, so verrrrry creamy and fatty. A good convenient option for snacking or entertaining though!

Tastes mostly like mayonnaise but it’s nice. Wish it were packaged differently- not in plastic
