Review of Corn relish - Chris’ by stevenneoh

I entirely understand if this thing gets pilloried for being artificial or too heavy in taste, but on this day I absolutely loved it ☺️ Consider this, I was making a taco, I don't like cheese or sour cream, and I only occasionally tolerate guacamole. I already had #corn in the taco shell and filling, so it was handy to have a corn-based #relish (even a flagrantly artificial one) that added the sour creaminess 😏

I also had it as a dip for my lentil crisps, see last picture. On its own it's a bit too in-your-face, I concede 😅
