Overall it was a tasty dish with lots going on. Has mushrooms, corn and chickpea fritters, beetroot hummus, avocado smash, edamame, baby spinach and a beetroot relish. Lots of soft textures.

Surprisingly! Even those these dumplings were labelled as Mex Nachos, I expected them to taste more traditional. But they are amazingly cheesy, nachos with a real mex flavour! Definitely want to have again
