I like these! They are good! 😋! They should make one with chocolate cookie and PB in the middle! Yum! Brought them to work and 1/2 the box is gone already 😆

These are really weird. They have a nice crunch and the creamy center is normal, for a sandwich cookie, but these had almost no flavor! Very faint sweetness and peanut butter taste but it was a weird sensation to eat a cookie that doesnt taste like much.
I’m not a keto fan but these are vegan so I had to try them. I do applaud them for being low in sugar but if I’m having a cookie, I want a little more sweetness. Great mouth feel, though! #uplandspeak
My second favorite cookie from Catalina Crunch (chocolate mint is #1). It could use a little more peanut flavor, but overall not bad. Low carb, low sugar vegan cookies.
