not typically a huge cereal person but when i am, i want it to be like 110% sugar.. that said, anyone who isn’t like me, would probably love this Cascadian Farm Organic Vanilla Crisp Cereal. the taste is pretty boring and they definitely could’ve added some actual vanilla, so overall it’s less like frosted flakes and more like some sorta non-raisin bran. 🥣🌾

this is pretty crispy tasty cereal. there's not a strong vanilla flavor although I do love vanilla. i looked up the website and didn't see any other info on their projects. I found this cereal a bit crispier than I’d like for my morning to start until the coffee kicks in; but overall it had a nice flavor and ingredient list.
This cereal has no added sugar but is still totally enjoyable. It is sweetened using Date Powder, but if you’d like it to be sweeter, just throw in some maple syrup or agave. It will still be sugar-free and low glycemic.
