Ok I've literally just made and eaten these but I need to post them ASAP

because they were AMAZING 😍😂 got this box from Aldi for 2.99 and it was soo quick to make with minimal ingredients. The sponge was so perfectly moist and the topping was popping candy! 🤩 Need to get their big ready made lemon cake one day 😋 #bosh #cake #lemoncake #veganuary

You don't need to use lemon juice like it instructs as it's fairly lemony as

is. Fantastic, got this in my tvk lifestyle box

Amaze lemony cupcake kit from Bosh!😍🍋 super easy to make with everything prepared and separated

for you, 20ish minutes in the oven et voila - you’ve got the perfect-sized and FLUFFY cupcakes! Also fab you can lick the cake mixture off the spoon guilt free.

I got a bit impatient and wanted to eat them while they were still warm from the oven, so I rushed the icing and it came out quite watery/drizzly, but still nice drizzled over the top! Also missed out the popping candy, because I’m not a fan. Would definitely get this again, makes baking quick and easy!😍
Extra points for sustainable palm oil used!

This cake mix made nice cupcakes that were very lemony and a lovely fluffy texture.

The mixture was quite thick and I wasn’t sure it was going to work, but the cakes just came out looking a bit like scones on the outside. I think the mix is great if you want to bake but can’t really be bothered, but for £3.49 I wouldn’t get it again and I’d just use a recipe and my own ingredients. I got this packet in my January TVK box and it was easy to use and fun to try out. Also, I didn’t put the popping candy o the top because it had solidified into a flat square that I couldn’t do anything with so they weren’t really fizzle cupcakes!

I got this in my VeganKind box. It was easy to do although my icing

came out thinner than it should have been. The cake tasted nice. I've been doing vegan baking for 10 years now so this isn't something I would usually buy, but if it gets others into vegan baking I'm all for it.
