This cake mix made nice cupcakes that were very lemony and a lovely fluffy texture. The mixture was quite thick and I wasn’t sure it was going to work, but the cakes just came out looking a bit like scones on the outside. I think the mix is great if you want to bake but can’t really be bothered, but for £3.49 I wouldn’t get it again and I’d just use a recipe and my own ingredients. I got this packet in my January TVK box and it was easy to use and fun to try out. Also, I didn’t put the popping candy o the top because it had solidified into a flat square that I couldn’t do anything with so they weren’t really fizzle cupcakes!
