I love this product! I use it to make meatless meatballs, in my chilli,

spaghetti sauces and lasagna! It’s easy to use. Make sure and soak it in your favourite spices or vegetable broth before cooking. You don’t need to buy frozen fake vegan “beef” when you can use this. It’s a good source of soy protein as well! #blackgoat

This is high quality TVP to make meat balls, spaghetti sauce, tacos etc. Any

recipient that requires chop meat, this is your best alternative. Just rehydrate with hot water, add spices and it’s ready to use!! #aloha.

Great product!!! Being vegan and having this as a protein source is so convenient. Specially

for meaty dishes, like this Chilean empanada de pino. I could maintain my culture without killing animales. #Chile #18

My second time trying to make something with #tvp! This time, a spiced harissa stuffed

Aubergine with tahini, pomegranate and pine nuts! This was an absolute win, and I love the versatility of this product!

I was in the mood for Bolognese sauce yesterday. TVP is a perfect meat replacement

in it. it soaks up liquid quickly and has the right texture. the sauce turned out great. the green leaves in the port are from my bay laurel tree. best plant to have in your garden! i let it simmer while i was taking a walk. perfect timing. i had an appetite and diver was ready when i got home. i didn't think of taking a foto of the pasta until i had eaten everything. #pastasauce #friendsnotfood
