This is a quick and easy, #highprotein #lowfat #soy product that can be added to all sorts of meals to bump up the protein and calories if needed. It's also a good source of #fiber , #calcium , #iron and #potassium . I like to add this to premade foods that are high in sodium (like chilis and soups) to help stretch the meal and reduce the sodium per serving. The texture is a little strange. It's just tiny pieces and kind of hard and gritty. I didn't mind it but my partner really did not like it. I used this to make spicy TVP and avocado #sushi and I thought it was pretty good.
