Breaded #nochicken fingers made with a base of #peaprotein, #soyprotein and #wheatprotein. They cooked in the skillet nicely and the breading was crunchy with bits of #redquinoa and a hint of spiciness. We found these at Alcampo (Tenerife) in the refrigerated plant-based products. The taste and ultra firm texture is absolutely superb; the best. These are the tastiest vegan fast food I've come across. - perfect for tomato ketchup dipping. Like most packaged food, slightly less salt (it's 1.2g/100) would make it the perfect fast vegan snack, or a quick, tasty input to a meal with baked beans and baked potato, with broccoli 🥦, for example. Purchased in Spain, Mercadona, La Linea, where 'vegano' is very hard to find mainstream.
