Breaded #nochicken fingers made with a base of #peaprotein, #soyprotein and #wheatprotein. They cooked in the skillet nicely and the breading was crunchy with bits of #redquinoa and a hint of spiciness. We found these at Alcampo (Tenerife) in the refrigerated plant-based products. Worth a try!
