Vegan Organic Rice Mac & Cheeze

Dinner. My favorite Mac & Cheeze. Amy’s has a lot of great quick meals.

I really love this mac and cheeze. It tastes super nostalgic to me. The cheeze is gooey. The gluten free rice pasta tastes just like regular pasta. I think it’s pretty flavorful on its own but I like to add garlic powder, paprika, and black pepper

This was really actually quite good! It was rich and creamy. At first I thought it was going to be too thick of a sauce but it wasn’t. Just topped it with some fresh black pepper. Got this on clearance - hoping there is still some boxes left when I go back to the store. #veganisnotscary #ditchdairy #veganisdelicious

Thought that it was just ok on it’s own. The addition of some chipotle hot sauce definitely helped! I’ve tried it a couple of times to give it a fair shake and I don’t feel overly excited or terribly disappointed by it. I do like the rice pasta-its a nice change from wheat! The cheeze has a pretty sticky gluey consistency but it adds a little character-lol.
