Used this for Pizza night and oh man it’s really good! They make a vegan

chorizo as well!

First time I tried this brand. The ground beef is amazing

My friend’s brother works for this company, who was kind enough to send some product

to try.

I love how relatively clean, and limited the ingredients are, compared to other plant based meat products.

It has a good, fairly neutral flavor, which isn’t too prominent like Beyond Meat. It also doesn’t have any weird ingredients like heme, so it doesn’t change color when you cook it.

This was great for tacos, and I’ll definitely be purchasing it.

I feel much more confident eating this ground “beef” than the other popular brands because

of the list of ingredients: pea protein, tomato paste, evoo, porcini mushroom, sea salt, onion powder, organic apple, cider vinegar, balsamic vinegar, garlic powder, black pepper, mustard seed, vinegar, lemon juice, ginger root, coriander, thyme. I am impressed. 18 grams of protein. Have added it to tomato sauce, chili and lasagne. I will never go back to any other ground “beef.” Not to make a burger out of, however, although maybe the website has a recipe.

Tonight I made cheeseburger balls. (“Beef”, onions, pickles, violife mozzarella & tomatoes wrapped in pizza

dough & baked into balls)

It was really good. Had a great smell when frying up & it had a great taste and texture.
