My friend’s brother works for this company, who was kind enough to send some product to try.
I love how relatively clean, and limited the ingredients are, compared to other plant based meat products.
It has a good, fairly neutral flavor, which isn’t too prominent like Beyond Meat. It also doesn’t have any weird ingredients like heme, so it doesn’t change color when you cook it.
This was great for tacos, and I’ll definitely be purchasing it.
